Scope of Certifications

  • Design and Manufacture of Conventional Machined and 3D Printed/Additive Manufactured Parts and Assemblies in Both Metal and Non-Metal Materials.
  • Investment Casting Foundry and injection molding are presently under review for addition to Bastech’s AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 certifications.
  • Bastech’s Investment Casting Foundry is GE Aerospace Certified to S-1000 for FA (Casting, other methods).

In order to achieve the AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, BasTech underwent a thorough evaluation process that clearly defined a Quality Management System for all business areas, such as production, supply chain management, risk management, document/data management, and continuous improvement processes. Our company is built with quality, safety, and transparency in mind.

The AS9100D certification standardizes quality management system requirements to the greatest extent possible. Proper application of this certification’s standards result in improved quality, cost, and delivery performance of your product.
